- The past year has been very busy for us: both in terms of the variety of projects and in terms of volumes – they have increased relative to the previous year. Our specialists have successfully completed the work on the development of projects for residential and social facilities, production workshops, municipal and road infrastructure facilities. All these projects are not only a contribution to the company's production performance, they are also valuable experience that we have gained.
In addition to commercial facilities, the year was marked for us by a number of important public tasks that we implemented free of charge: These are the design of the objects of the Square of Military Glory in the village of Knyaz-Volkonskoye in the Khabarovsk Territory and the Square of Entrepreneurs, social Responsibility and Patronage in Khabarovsk.
It is important that over the past year the company's staff has grown with new employees. We are constantly working in this direction and are always open to young, ambitious, as well as experienced specialists. People are the main priority of the company, therefore, we focus our activities on creating decent working conditions and professional growth for our employees.
We continued to pay attention to professional development and additional education of our specialists. We are confidently switching to modern design methods, improving our 3D skills, and creating databases for domestic programs.
The outgoing year was also marked for us by effective steps to expand the geography of customers: the order portfolio was replenished with facilities located outside the Khabarovsk Territory. A number of agreements have been reached to bring the company to the international level: for these purposes, the delegation of the Far Eastern Design Center took part in the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum and the Eastern Economic Forum.
