- As a design organization, we actively interact with other participants in the Khabarovsk Territory construction complex and see that today the construction industry in the region is developing at a steady pace and is rightfully considered one of the key drivers of socio-economic development. According to official statistics, the Khabarovsk Territory is among the TOP 5 regions of Russia in terms of the average growth rate of construction work.
One of the most important indicators of the industry is the volume of housing construction. According to the Ministry of Construction of the Khabarovsk Territory, by the end of 2023, in terms of housing construction, our region has reached a fundamentally new level of development, reaching a record figure of 517 thousand square meters in 30 years, more than half of the housing built are apartment buildings. The volume of housing commissioning at the end of last year is also a record for the previous three decades: it amounted to 215 thousand square meters. meters.
Of course, the achievement of such indicators has become possible largely due to the measures that are being implemented by the authorities of the Khabarovsk Territory for the development of the industry: it is worth noting the emergence of an industrial and construction cluster, which helps to provide the construction complex of the region with high-quality construction materials and components of local production; constant work to reduce the time required to obtain permits, simplify connection to networks – today most of these issues are solved on the principle of "one window".
The trends are such that the achieved indicators in the field of housing construction are likely to continue to grow, since the leadership of the region has announced a number of large-scale construction projects: we are talking about complex development, the construction of new residential neighborhoods.
In addition to housing construction, the volume of construction of important social facilities is steadily increasing within the framework of state programs and national projects implemented at the initiative of Russian President Vladimir Putin. By the end of last year, more than 60 similar facilities were commissioned in the region.
