Also, the forces of the Far Eastern Design Center for the PIK company are working on another project – engineering surveys and development of design estimates for the highway are being carried out, which will pass through the residential microdistrict in Bryansk Lane and will connect Sovkhoznaya and Voronezh Streets. This is an important urban infrastructure facility.
- Development of project documentation for residential buildings and related infrastructure is one of our main directions. The number of customers in this area is gradually growing, and their geography is expanding. For example, last year cooperation with the PIK company began. The arrival of such a developer in the region has an important social significance: this can help reduce the cost per square meter and, thereby, make the purchase of residential real estate more affordable for the residents of the region, and the Khabarovsk Territory is more attractive for living.
I would like to note that working with customers of this level requires special professionalism, not every project organization undertakes to fulfill such orders. Plus, this is a big responsibility – these are quite large objects (with regard to residential development – these are three buildings), there are strict deadlines for the execution of works that need to be maintained. But we are not afraid of such tasks, on the contrary, many of our objects that we are working on are distinguished by the complexity and non-standard solutions. I can say with confidence that we have all the components to ensure the development of the most complex projects: human resources, experience, modern software. We are confident that we will fulfill the tasks set for us at the proper level and we hope that there are still many joint projects ahead with the federal developer PIK," said Nikita Bozhok, head of the Far Eastern Project Center.
