The Far Eastern Project Center is increasing the number of projects not only in the Khabarovsk Territory, but also beyond its borders

Since the beginning of its activity in the market of project services, the company immediately began to rapidly increase the volume of work. Among other things, they took on complex projects requiring non–standard solutions in a variety of fields - not only residential buildings, but also the design of facilities in the field of education, healthcare, sports, and production.
This gave its result - the number of customers is constantly replenished with new enterprises, including such companies as Polymetal, JSC Daltransugol, Amur Construction Company, Khabarovsk Airport, Russian Railways-Medicine, federal developer PJSC PIK – specialized developer, FSUE Rosmorport, PJSC "DEK" from Primorsky Krai and others. Many of the customers become permanent, trusting the Far Eastern Project Center with their new projects.
And, today, the Far Eastern Project Center does not slow down the pace of work, but only increases them. For example, this year the piggy bank of projects that DVPC employees are working on has been replenished with orders from the federal developer PIK (design of complex residential development along Bryansky Lane in Khabarovsk, including the design of a highway that will link Sovkhoznaya and Voronezh Streets), cooperation with Russian Railways-Medicine continued (design of a polyclinic in the city of Tynda).
By the way, the company has not limited itself to the Khabarovsk Territory for a long time, but confidently develops new territories. For example, active work is currently underway on the design of a residential facility in Chita for the developer TransStroyDevelopment.

Such positive dynamics became possible thanks to competent planning of the company's activities, timely increase of human resources, constant improvement of the level of service provided to customers.
- Some entrepreneurs complain about the crisis today, saying that it has complicated their work, but I believe that any economic crisis is not only a time of trials, but also a time of great opportunities. For example, today work has intensified in the context of the development of interregional ties, serious attention is being paid to this at the level of regional leadership, which, of course, opens up additional opportunities for work. We actively use these opportunities and replenish our order portfolio with projects not only from the Khabarovsk Territory, but also from other Russian cities.
In addition, I want to note that the Khabarovsk Territory has created very favorable conditions for doing business, there are a lot of support tools – which can also help entrepreneurs in difficult times. It is important to be more active, find out the conditions and use this support," concluded Nikita Bozhok, head of the Far Eastern Project Center.
