The head of the Far Eastern Design Center spoke about the company's main plans for 2024

Nikita Bozhok, General Director of the Far Eastern Design Center, shared the company's main plans for the current year:

- First of all, as last year, we will focus our main efforts on fulfilling the company's production tasks. Designing is a fairly time–consuming process, so some of our projects have been transitioning since last year. We continue to work with large federal developers, such as PJSC PIK - specialized Developer. The piggy bank of orders has been replenished with new projects – this is also our priority this year.
Among the targets is to continue to expand the geography of our activities, actively promote our services not only in the Khabarovsk Territory, but also beyond its borders.
Another of our main tasks this year is to strengthen the human resources of our company. The volume of work is growing, so we will actively attract new personnel, consider both specialists with specialized education and experience, and beginners in design, we are ready to raise personnel independently, provide them with opportunities for training and professional growth.
We will continue to promote the services of the Far Eastern Design Center to international markets. Currently, we are focused on developing the Chinese market. In solving this problem, participation in meetings and business missions, which are regularly held by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Khabarovsk Territory, is a great help. I will also continue my work as head of the Committee of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Khabarovsk Territory for the Support and Development of Entrepreneurship, I believe that only through the joint efforts of business, public associations and the government it is possible to systematically improve the conditions for doing business, effectively solve problems of concern to the business community.
In addition, as a permanent member and deputy chairman of the Public Council under the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services of the Khabarovsk Territory, I plan to actively participate in Council events, discussions, meetings, detours, etc.
And, despite our busy schedule, we will definitely allocate time in our work schedule to participate in key business events, both at the regional and federal levels: the participation of the delegation of the Far Eastern Design Center in the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum and the Eastern Economic Forum has already become a good tradition for our company.
Of course, plans will be adjusted during the year, new tasks and projects will be added, but, in general, our goal is to do our work as efficiently as possible, increase the volume of work performed, and make a positive contribution to the socio–economic development of the Khabarovsk Territory.
