The Far Eastern Design Center is building a dialogue with new partners from the DPRK.

he visit was organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Over the course of 5 days, the delegation of the region held more than 30 meetings with representatives of Korean companies. Among them are Songyeong Trading Company, Pyongyang Construction Trading Company, Donghae Architectural Technical Exchange Bureau, Hwangymsan General Trading Company, Rakwon Solhwa Trading Company, Innovative Scientific Technology Exchange Bureau, Songyeong Building Materials Plant. Visits to several production sites in Pyongyang also took place.
- We see the interest of the Korean business in the products that the Khabarovsk Territory can offer today. At the same time, the export potential is not limited only to goods, it also affects the service sector. Korean cooperators are ready to launch their own production facilities in our region, providing their own technologies and specialists. At the same time, the finished products are planned to be shipped to Korea itself," said Nikita Bozhok, General Director of the Far Eastern Design Center.
A number of agreements were reached during the visit. In particular, the Far Eastern Design Center intends to cooperate with the Architectural Institute in the design of residential multi-storey buildings.
"We have planned another visit to the DPRK together with our technical specialists in order to see the level of training of the staff of the architectural institute, to identify a design team with which we can interact," commented Nikita Bozhok, General Director of the Far Eastern Design Center.
As a result of the negotiations, an agreement was signed on June 19 between the Chamber of Commerce of the Khabarovsk Territory and the Chamber of Commerce of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. This agreement formed the basis for long-term stable and successful cooperation between the enterprises of the two countries.
