- For many years, I have regularly participated in council meetings, seminars, meetings, rounds with employees of the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services. I think this is a very effective tool, but many citizens underestimate the possibilities of public control. The most important thing is that we take into account the opinion of the Council, look at constructive cooperation with the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services, which means that we see an improvement in housing and communal services, real steps to solve the problems of this difficult area. For example, there is an urgent need in the region to modernize old fuel oil and coal boiler houses, which have almost exhausted their resources.
Thanks to the attention of the Governor of the Khabarovsk Territory Mikhail Degtyarev and the local authorities, a solution was found. This became possible with the help of transfer mechanisms, without the need to attract budget funds.
"Far East 1000 Yards" (this is a program developed by the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation) is the implementation of another program, which is also the subject of attention of the public commission. In 2023, an 80-yard area of the district will be landscaped as part of this program.
When an expert evaluation of the submitted application is carried out, it is important to choose the most suitable project. In addition to the actual cost estimate for the implementation, you should have a design project visualizing future objects.
